Made in November, slowly, by the same two pairs of hands.
Every year we keep this edition small on purpose. Forty boxes is what two people can hem, print, fold and tie without the gesture losing its weight. If you order one, you can be sure of who made it — and roughly which Tuesday afternoon.

Italian beech, food-safe oil finish.

Soft enough for rolls, firm enough for a loaf.
